I've done my darndest to find some help on this, but without much success.

I have a back-end SQL database with a number of front-end applications, each of which has various forms. One of my users is blind and makes use of a particular application, but the feedback her screen-reader provides is not that illuminating for her; it either provides a lots of unnecessary information about the control that has the focus, or none at all (usually about the data).

Does anyone have any suggestions for a) how to build accessible forms (like which properties contain the vital clues) or b) where to find this information for my own research. It's hard doing Google searches since the term "accessibility in access" sounds redundant.

Thanks in advance.

I might not look at this from the Access side (talking about the program here) I would get in contact with the company that makes the screen-reader your staff is working with. I am sure they can lead you to some helpfull documents or they might even have staff that can help you work with the tool.

Also I would love to know what you find!
