Add 2 colors to an IIf function that already has 4 conditions

Greetings All!

Here is what works:
=IIf([Toured]=True,"GT",IIf([Not Qualified]=True,"NQ",IIf([No Show]=True,"NS",IIf([No Tour]=True,"NT",Null))))

I need to make "NQ" appear on top of a light-orange background and "NS" appear on top of a light-blue background. (If impossible, the text to appear the same colors).

How is this done?

THis may change the font color... i havent tried it though

I looked at your link, but I'm not sure where to insert the conditions for the colors.
