Add RAG Status to a Report....

I have created a cross tab query that details the age of stock (row) and weeks cover of stock (column) with the stock cost (sum) as the main data within the query.

I have now created a report for this query, however I would now like to add a RAG (Red, Amber and Green) status to the report. The same same cells would be Red, Amber or Green everytime that the report is run.

Hopefully I've explained my requirements well enough, therefore any help is appreciated.

Have you tried applying conditional formatting to the controls in the report yet?

To be honest, I didn't know that you could apply conditional formats.

Any tips on how to achieve this would be welcomed.

Go into the design of your report and highlight a control and click on Format and Conditional formatting from the main menu.
