Added switchboard option

I have a switchboard that has been in use for many years. Within the main switchboard I have many sub pages that open forms, etc. On one of those pages I added another option in order to open a form, but when I go to use the switchboard and go to that page, that newly added option is not showing up even though it has been added through the switchboard manager. It is #7 on the sub page and I have other #7's showing up on other pages.... Could anyone offer me insight into what it might be? I have checked and rechecked the table for the switchboard and didnt see anything wrong there...

Could you show the data from the switchboard table?
Else post your database with only the necessities table(s)/ form(s).

I realized what the issue was. When a new switchboard option is created, users have to be added in order to view the page. The vb code was setup before I took over and I didnt realize that is what was happening.
