Question adding feilds

Hi all,


I have found a searchform on internet what i want to use. I'f added 2 more lines in the table (DOCLink and DOCDescription). If i go to frmDOCTitles i dont know how to put the extra lines from the tbl in.

DOCLink must be a clickable link to the location on de computer/networkfolder


who can help me with this?
