adding images to a report

I have to add 2 company logos and a phone graphic to a report.

I can only seem to add one logo and if i try to copy and paste a graphic it just displays the file path. What ami doing wrong please?
 
It would help if you will screenshot the problem so that we will know what to do.

The hospital trust logo is one jpeg and the values statement is another.

I realise I could photoshop them into one but i want the flexibility to put them where i want relative to each other on various other forms and reports. In fact, I'm showing you a timetable sheet which will be a report but i'm currently trying to get the jpegs onto a form.

The phone logo also needs to be separate for the same reason.

The 4 lines top left of (what will be a report) will be label/record field.
 
in access 2010 there is an "insert image" button. Is there an equivalent in 2007
