Adjust field sizes on form independently

Hi

I am in design view of a form and trying to independently adjust the field sizes. When I attempt this it adjusts all seven of my fields at the same time.

How can I separate them to adjust them one at a time to different sizes?

Access 2007.

Select all fields, right click, Layout->Remove Layout

better seen in Layout view. click on the control you want to adjust in detail section and resize it.
