Admin section and timesheet application

Hello

I am developing a timesheet application, in that I have following things to be done.

One employee can be assigned to 'n' number of charge codes assigned to him or her and one charge could have multiple tasks and one charge number could have one and one only one project assigned to it.

so in admin section I will be putting one button called enter charge number for employees which would allow me to select this charge number(s) and tasks and project code, but I am not sure how to accomplish this, can anybody have similiar example which can be shared with me or any guidance on this.

You posted in the queries section but your question is about placing a button on a form, which means you somehow want VBA to handle something.

Can you post a screenshot of your relationships?
