Pretty much, not unless you have a backup that you can restore. If it was on a network drive, if your network admin backs up the drives each day (storing multiple days) you should be able to get them to restore the file.
If you are talking about a desktop computer, then the answer becomes maybe - at a price. If you don't do anything else with the computer, shut it down and take out the hard drive, you could potentially send it to a company that does recovery. If the system has only marked it as deleted and has not overwritten the data, then it theoretically could be recovered. But, it isn't cheap to do so.
