The main form handles a zillion names/details of employees. Is there an out-of-the-ordinary way to show a unique form (as messagebox) when a particular worker's name appears, please?

When would a particular worker's name appear and what is unique about the form?

Just to bring that particular character to the attention of the User whenever he arrives at the form. (I used an IfThenElse on the OnCurrent with a form on a timer to pass on the message. I imagine you Gurus would use something much more exciting - and hoped you might tell me.)
