All about SQL SERVER

Hello All,

I am trying to migrate most of my database backends to SQL Server.
I need help from experts on how to proceed. Is there a tutorial for a starter and what version shall I install to start with? Having said this, I am searching over net for this.

If anybody can send me few links to learn more abt SQL SERVER that'd be of great help.
