All Data does not Print That is in a Label

Can you please tell me why all of the data that is showing in a label does not print. Only the first line prints. The data does not appear in Print Preview either. The label is designed to type a Vendor Name, press enter for the second line (if needed) to add additional addressing information. So the typed in label would look like....

AnMed Health Medical Center
Department of Surgery

The 'Center' and 'Department of Surgery' do not print preview or print out. I know the box is long and wide enough to accommodate the characters. Is there another setting? I use Access 2002.

Are you using a form to print? If so, you should be using a report. Reports are meant for printing, forms for VIEWING/Entering data.

Thank you. It was a little complicated for me, as I did not design this program. I was working through a switchboard. But what you asked me did trigger a thought and I figured out how to get to the design view of the report and found the problem with the properties.
