Annimated Icon on Custom Msgbox Form (1 Viewer)

still using the old IE webbrowser control to have an annimated icons
and to quickly catch the attention on the message.

Version 2.
Resize the Msgbox form (made it shorter).
Make the Icons much bigger.
Add background color to the detail section and also background color of the
IE webbrowser control consistent with the MsgType.

That's a method i have never seen before!
