I am having trouble with duplicate data in a report. The query the report uses outputs the names and addresses of people who are enroled on a college course, the trouble is that the name of the person will be repeated for each course they take, rather than just being printed once to say this person is on a college course. I have set the hide duplicates property to yes on ID,SurName and Forename. The trouble is that there are more than just these fields output to the report.The problem is that the record underneath the "hidden record" does not "move up" to fill the space created by the hidden records.
