Another simple question

how do you allow a (in a form) that a record can be added only to times... but they can only be related to one record:

Example:

You can add two medical inspections...only if they have different datas....but they can only be related to one athlet

You need a sub-form.

The main form for the athlete and the sub-form for the medicals.

This means two tables (one for athlete and one for medical) with a relationship between them so that you know what medical belongs to which athlete.
