Hello again,
Thanks to all for the help with my original post.
I've since experimented with splitting and replicating and have decided that replication will work the best for our application. I've tried it a few times on a sample DB and think I have it figured out.
Now, I need to set it up so that the master and all replicas sync automatically when they are closed. I've found some posts containing sample code, but my VBA and JRO skills are very limited.
Would anyone be willing to give me a "replication code for dummies" walk through of how to get this set up? Where to input the code, how to get it to autorun on exit, a copy of some existing code, etc.
On a similar note, I read a post that mentioned there was a Replication Manager utility for Access. Is this something that is available for dowload/purchase? It might make my life a lot simpler if I could get a copy of that.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
