Appactivate, then return focus question

Hi

please could someone assist

i need to open

Shell("C:\Program Files\Network Designers\Bin\Wscman.exe" & " Reflex.prw", vbnormalfocus)

then send two keys "m" and "f"

then return focus back to access

is this possible?
