Append query duplicate (1 Viewer)

Hello everybody I need your help for an query .
I have a database its contain 2 tables and append quires there is primary key which does not accept duplicated values in this field
I open date base from another pc when i open append query its duplicate the value one more time

But i have problem because this fields repetition every month and i need to append every month for one time
the field (Y) is a primary key i need to append every month from one pc only

here again i added Month() and Year() criteria on the query.

I will show you something on my database have query its repeat every day from the date in the filed of Sup_Date
And when i and others people open the database every day and the append query duplicated the same values
