append query problem (1 Viewer)

I have a group of 2 tables (members & gifts), which are linked.

I have an other group of 2 other tables (members2 & gifts2) with identical structure as the tables of the first group.

I one to add some records from the 2 tables of group 1 to the 2 others tables in group 2.
An 'append query' gives only the possibility to add from 1 table to an other but will not include the sub tables linked.

How can I add the data from my table members to my table members2 and in same time adding the related data from gifts to gifts2?
