Append to other Protect with password DB (1 Viewer)

Hi ,,
i have a append Query Name is ( Run ) and DB Name is ( Old )
Need to append to DB Name ( New ) with password is ( 123 ) in Tabel Name ( Run new )
both DB in C:/

Can any one help me Please

use a linked table, when linking you will be prompted for the password
