Application.Printer is Missing

Hi guys,

I am trying to use the Application.Printer object/function and my access program doesnt have Printer loaded, if i try it, the script fails looking for Printer

is there anything special i need to do to make this work?

ah yeah, that would help, we use Access 2000 at work

I could be wrong but I believe it was introduced in Access XP (2002). Maybe someone else will jump in and correct or verify this information.

You're right, RuralGuy - this was introduced in the 2002 (xp) version.

great guys, thanks for the help.


So my next option would be to Open a Report based off a check box..ok, I modified the form no problem.

So my next question.....if you would be so gracious is:

How do I use form data as a record source for a Report?

I tried putting [Forms]![frm_Name] as the RecordSource, but no luck there.

I got a feeling that I am missing something really obvious.
