Apply Color, Underline font in a row with some Condition??

Hi,
I would like to Apply a font color underline font to the Row of field with an If condition. How I can build the IIF statement that change the font in my reports.
IIF(Flag]= "G",??????????). or there are another solution to do this please can you advice me how to do this.
