archive-booking table

Hi

I've got bit of an issue with my archive booking table. I'm trying to create an archive table which will automatically update itself after a week and so on. I want to have an archive table which will contain the booking information which has expired. Could anyone help me with this please? I attached my file within this post, so if you could please add it onto my database

I think it is possible, but I've never done one, suggest you do a search of the forum as I have seen this subject come up
