Some people you cannot help no matter how hard you try or how sincere you are?

Everybody have a great weekend.

And so it begins....................

in a Rowan County, KY court clerks office. It seems the ACLU has filed a law suit against Democratic Kim Davis. She has refused to issue marriage license to anyone both homosexual or heterosexual. She tells them to get their license in neighboring counties.

It is called civil disobedience and I fear it is only the beginning.

If she won't do her job she should resign.

Cant this thread move on to something more productive like - how seemingly normal youngsters (and whole luton families) get enamoured with a death cult like isis, and how they should be disuaded from such a path.

I thought it to be legit since it was an atheist type movement. Are you trying to compare Christianity to Islam Terrorist?????

Am still waiting.

Gimme a sign then. A small deluge, earthquake, lightning strike, pox epidemic or something other nasty and vindictive, as per usual.

Er! We had a few lightning strikes a couple of nights ago , if He missed you I guess his aim was poor. :D

Brian.....I really do not know,,,,, but his words leave it completely open.

The better question is; Do you really want to burn that bridge?

It is apparent that some do.

I was just wondering , if a nonbeliever "blasphemed" but later became a believer and said sorry, would he still burn in hell?

Brian

I am also surprised that all sins are equal, does this mean I'm as bad as Hitler as I pinched(stole) a paper clip from the office?

Brian

Blade -Yes, it is civil disobedience, and it comes with consequences. When it was illegal to strike, strikers were regularly beaten, arrested, and sometimes even killed. Evironmentalists who force site closures are routinely ticketed and often arrested, and a hell of a lot of the Occupy protesters wound up in court.

But suddenly it's unfair when the shoe is on the other foot?

Besides, as Brian said, if your religion prevents you from doing your job, then it's time to find another job.

Hell, have you ever told a little white lie to make someone feel better?

Yeah, that's still a lie. Because you said that those jeans DON'T make her butt look big, you're going to Hell. That's just as grave a sin as eating twelve babies alive and bathing in their blood.

Your 'Burn in Hell' is technically wrong. If you burn by Hell's fire (nuclear) you are dead. The Bible does not anywhere speak of torture. The hell that you speak of is of Man's design to scare people into submission.

Brian as to your other question, I do not know, guess you would just be taking your chances, but as I said before, do you really want to burn that bridge?

Brian, In God's eyes all sins are equal. You sin, you sin.

Stealing is stealing regardless how big or how it is worth. Only under man's laws is there a difference.

With the exception the shoe is on the other foot, I,,,,I ,,,,,,I well agreeee with you. I have no dog in this hunt. I just simply told you what was coming of course in my opinion. I think it will not go away. Compare it to Abortion or the killing of a Human being.
