Asking report for certain dates

Hi guys

I have made a report that has sales records spanning over a year. I want to enter a prompt when I open the report that allows me to enter a start date and a finish date so I can search a particular time frame of the year.

How do I go about setting this up? Any help on how I do this would be greatly appreciated.

In the query that is used as the record source of the report, in the criteria row for the date field put:

Between [Enter Starting Date] And [Enter Ending Date]

I have a simmilar issue - I just want to sum up all the columns based on a form drop down. how can i do that ?
