Assign Hyperlink

[Desiderata]

I'm using Office 2013. I was gifted a workbook with text that is supposed to be a hyperlink. I've changed the style to Hyperlink, with no luck. The only thing that seems to work is to enter each cell and insert and select the ENTER key to change the contents to a hyperlink. I have too many rows to do this manually. Is there an included tool to convert an entire column? Please see attached file.
