Attaching Outloook Images and Compressing

I was wondering if anyone had some useful code for Outlook 2010 that would automatically reduce the images once they are attached. In Outlook 2007 once you attached an image it would give you another option to resize it in the same window.
I do know that once it is attached you can select the file tab, Info and check the box to reduce. Although some folks in my company cannot remember those few steps. So if anyone has an idea of how I could go about this that would be great!
