attaching photo's

can someone point me in the right direction please.........

i have a personnel database that i want to display each persons photogragh,

do i

store the photo's in the database or Store the photo's on my hard drive and just make reference to them.

i relly aint got a clue where to start with this, could do with a complete muppett's guide to doing this if possible.

There are a few threads on this and at least one sample db (have a look at the one from OldSoftBoss. Try searching under jpegs.

THe one thing everyone seems to agree on is not to store the image in the db. Store it elsewhere and reference it, else the db will become huge
