Attaching the front-ends to the back-end

I like to install a ms access programdatabase on more than three computers, who makes part of a network, and realize by code the attachment of these programdatabase to the back-end data database on a server.
Somewhere i've heard of a code that makes use of the network address of the server to make the attachment which should be the same for all frontend database with respect to the server. This kind of addressing should be easier to use than the traditional way of making the attachment by figuring out the path from each of the frontends to the server.
Is there someone who can tell me more about that?

When you link the tables, navigate through Network Places instead of a mapped drive, which will give you a UNC path:

\\ServerName\ShareName\FileName.mdb
