Attack on Israel (2 Viewers)

As a follow-up, it is clear that Hamas has used international sentiments according to principles from Sun Tzu's "Art of War"

“If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected .”

The whole point of the Hamas publication of those heart-wrenching pictures is the separation and division of public sentiment.

“Engage people with what they expect; it is what they are able to discern and confirms their projections. It settles them into predictable patterns of response, occupying their minds while you wait for the extraordinary moment — that which they cannot anticipate.”
You expect to see collateral damage in war, so Hamas makes it a point to show you pictures of damage and destruction. Those pictures occupy your minds and divert you from seeing the truth.

War is hell. We have not fought to win any war we've been in since WWII. Israel needs to stop trying to be Mr. Nice Guy trying to save civilians and start fighting to win the war. That may actually happen at midnight tonight. I hate giving up on saving the hostages but you can't let 20 people who may not even be alive dictate policy. That is why we say that we never negotiate with terrorists. You cannot win. You cannot even break even. The honest side ALWAYS loses. Israel is going to give up thousands of Hamas prisoners in exchange for the remaining hostages. They better not be stupid this time and release the Hamas terrorists before every missing hostage is accounted for.

There is no such thing as "good faith" when you are dealing with terrorists and the Israelis ought to have learned this lesson by now.
