I have a databse for a youth club that I help with.

I wish to create a form that will allow mw to enter a date at the top and then will have a list of all members names with a field in which I can record if they are present, or sick, of absent, or on holiday.

I currently have a table which has all the personal details, and I have tried several tables to show the additional information, but I cannot get a solution which gives me what I am after.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know if you got this one answered yet, but I am trying to do the excat same thing, did you get any tips??
