audit log problem

Has anyone succeeded in using Allen Browne's audit trail method described at http://www.wa.apana.org.au/~abrowne/AppAudit.html

I find that changes are not being recorded - both the temporary and permanent audit tables remain empty when changes are made. I've check my implementation and all seems exactly as specified.

My main uncertainty is where the 'Enter the form events' steps say'select the form' - is it necessary to define the Event Procedure code for each individual control on the form, or should a global definition work (as I assume)?

Any suggestions about how to resolve this problem?

I am not familiar with A. Browne's programme but I have sent you a demo using another approch and maybe this will be of assistance.
