Audit trail in subforms

all dears after some searches for the best audit trail examples , i have found this example but this example works only in main forms (how to make it works in subforms ?). and how to replace the names of edited fields with thier caption in the trail audit field ? http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=111015

Seems to me when I checked it out it was not form sensitive.
