Hi, I've recently joined and after my first question was answered in such a helpful way without being condascending to a newbie, i thought i would try my luck with a 2nd.

I have a database in Access 2003 for use at my hospital in order to manage all my different clinics. It currently has 3 tables, Demographics, DCCV and RACPC (although there may be more).
These tables are filled in with forms, the DCCV form has fields from demographics and DCCV (and the same with RACPC). They are linked in a one-to-many relationship between Hospital Number (demographics table) and Case Number (DCCV or RACPC)
I use queries based on either the unique hospital number or case number to bring up individual details.
What i'd like to do and am having trouble, is to enter the demographics once, into the demograhics table (done), then select, 'add a new clinic' from the switchboard, enter a hospital number and then a DCCV form (or RACPC form) opens in edit mode with all the relevant demograhics visible that are associated with that hospital number. Essentially i would like to only ever enter demographics once and then be able to enter multiple clinics onto that. Any help would be gratefully received.

Great thanks Pat, that solved my problem.
