Auto Populate Form Field

Paul,
You were correct the column count was increased to 3 and then the update functions for the second condition.
However the outcome is weird, instead of producing a 'Leader's' name, it produces a Member ID, which is obviously being picked from the main table [Mail List] vis the [Groups] table.
I just can't fathom it!

Did you perhaps use lookup fields?

You may need to base the combo on a query that gets all the info from both tables.
