Auto update problem help required please

Hi there all I have an access 97 db I am having trouble with what I am stuck on is when a style number is entered into the form (Paint List Form) which is setup so that when Length and Width are entered into those fields the area field is then populated that works fine, is it possible to pull the size data from a table to populate the length and width automaticaly when the Style number is entered?
I have created a table (tblStyleSize) with one style number and its length and width can anyone guide me as to what I need to do to achive this and still update the main table.
