Automatic currency conversion, but skip some

Hoping someone here can help, as I can't find a solution for my problem anywhere.

On my form, I've got two fields. One is Currency, where people can choose either USD, EUR, or GBP and another field which is called Anticipated fee. These are both linked to a table called Projects1.

What I would like it to do, is automatically convert any amounts marked as USD or EUR into GBP, but I need it to skip the GBP amounts, as they're already in the right currency. What would be the easiest way of doing this? In the table or on the Form? Or can this only be done with VBA?

I don't need the currency to be accurate day to day.

I have a similar thing. I have a rate table, with the conversion rate for each currency to the base currency, the one on which the accounts are based. In your case the conversion rate for GBP would be 1.

I then have a query with a column with the amount in some currency, then the currency name, then the current conversion rate, and then a column with all the amounts in the base currency.
