Automatically Download FE to PC

Hi,

My db is split into a BE and FE. BE on the server and a copy of the FE is on each user's PC.

Whenever i make a change i have to copy the FE to each user's PC and this is a drag. Is there a way to do it automatically?

First, I want to say Good Move on splitting the database and giving each user a copy of the front end.

Second, there are many ways to do this. Bob Larson has a tool for deployment:

There are others you can check out as well if you dig around this forum.

The IT guy who sets up networks for my databases created a batch file that simply copies the FE from the server to the client's PC each time they either log into Windows or whenever they turn on the Access application. It takes about an extra second per user per day that no one cares about and makes things so easy to deploy when I make changes on the master.
