Autonumber problem

Here is my Database

My problem is, that when i try to enter a new Leftlen and RightLen From the table "Lens" in the "Form" the LensId Auto increase and the relation is lost.For example lens id goes 2 and the customer id is 1 so the relation is lost between Them
and i cannot enter Data From the form. Any help?

the customerID column in the lens table should not be an autonumber as it is a foreign key. just a long integer.
Then create an autonumber primary key for Lens tables call it LensID.
