Average rates of pay for Access developers

I am curious as to what people get paid these days for database development work. Occasionally I do some myself, but not much anymore. Bit rusty!

What do you think are the average rates of pay for someone doing client work? Per hour? Per day?

Since I am based in the UK then UK rates interest me the most but also USA could be discussed.

If you put up a poll so the results were anonymous , people would be more likely to be honest.
I get occassional calls from agencies for sub-contracting work but the agencies balk at anything over $50 per hour for corp-to-corp (I am not their employee. My company (corp) bills them (corp) for my time) and they always want me to work on site so I rarely take the jobs. And I don't even consider the job if there is a commute involved (which there always seems to be). When I find my own work and bill direct, I can get at least $100 per hour sometimes more.
