Averaging Records thru Query

How can i make a query on my table that when a certain single item reaches 30 records it will show an "average records" in a query. I cannot find a way to make such formula in a query. I can only make a list where it shows what are those items that already reaches 30 data points. But averaging that data per item, i really have no idea....please help.
