I guess using AccessRT doesnt allow for the Shift key to be used as a backdoor code,

I guess because I never used it,

all the PC's I program for in mycompany use full office licensed to about 35 computers so everyone uses access full not just the RT.

SO.. Im finding some users now know how to hold shift when loading the Dbase, and get to the code, I dont think they will damage my program but I'd like to know if I can change the key to a password or somthing like that..

You can still install the runtime version of Access and have your users open the db using the /runtime command line switch.

You can disable the Shift key property so that a user can not open the db with the Shift key down and bypass your StartUP options.
