Background

Hi

I have a form, which users print out. On the screen, it has a light grey background, but I do not want this to be printed as it is just a waste of ink

Is there anyway of making the background colour "screen only"?

Use a report, forms are not designed with printing in mind

I know that, just in this case it is not appropriate really

....The trouble is that it is a large form and contains too many fields too run a report from

You can put rectangle on a form with white backcolor, place it behin of all controls and on properties you can choose Display when: Print only
