There are a lot of info on the web about how to convert from 32-bit to 64-bit. You might start out by looking at the threads in the Similar threads list below.

have not tested it.

Or uninstall Access and install the 32bit version?

Take a look at accessusergroups.org and in particular the Europe group for Aug22

Peter Cole's 32 bit to 64 bit Conversions you should find helpful

The key point has been made already, that you have to modify APIs when you change from 32 bit to 64 bit Access.

Access 2016 itself is available both as 32 bit and as 64 bit. You installed the 64 bit version. Therefore, this isn't about making this accdb compatible with Access 2016. It's about making this accdb compatible with 64 bit Access.

ALSO, unless all your users also have installed the 64 bit version of Office, your code needs to be compatible with BOTH so it needs to detect the bitness and use code path1 or code path2. I didn't look at your code. Do you really need the API's or are there other alternatives?

explain what is not working?
