Is it also true that aliens always land in small towns in Kansas? Or when Americans eat in a restaurant, they never wait for the bill, they just throw a bundle of money on the table and walk out? How do you know how much to pay?

I saw that! It's a very fascinating idea! Of course, you'll always have the tightwads who don't pay what they really thought it was worth. Do you think it's fair that others have to make up for these people? Obviously, someone who can't afford a full meal is excluded from this.

Vassago, if you ask me that question about 4 years ago, I would say no its not fair that other have to make up for these people. But now the way things are going, that is what its all about. I call it the Why generation. Why should I work, Why should I go to school. Everything is now handed to the lazy. Sorry to say this is where the US is heading, maybe I might be stretching it, but not by much. The US will come out of it, we have had it worse then it is now. I just hope I see it in my life time.

I try to look at everything on a case by case basis. It's hard to put an umbrella opinion on an entire group of people. It's like the myth that all welfare recipients are on drugs. Drug testing for Florida welfare recipients quite disproved that. It ended up costing us more tax money in refunds for the drug testing (96% passed, 2% failed, 2% refused to take) than we saved in halting the measly 4% who failed or refused.
