"between" date criteria

I have a query searching records between 2 dates. I thought that data retrieved should be between and include the 2 dates but no records are retrieved for the last date. any ideas folks?

Are you using the greater then and equal to in your query?

BeginDate [date]>=

EndDate [date]<=

i'm using for example " between 02/02/01 and 05/02/01 "
and records retrieved are up to 04/02/01 only

The Between statement is inclusive, meaning it includes the dates in the statement, too.

If you're not getting that, check your data and other criteria that might not be on the same row.
