On a MS word doc a small dialog box appears at very top of screen when I backspace misspellings.
Screen goes dark, then cant do anything or continue until I X it out. Can’t google it as I have no Idea what it’s called. It has a camera on it, Eye dropper, and a few others designers.
Somebody clue me in

You nailed it. Now how do I get rid of it

You may have it so it automatically loads on start up - in which case you can access Apps-StartUp under Windows 11 to turn load automatically off or you may wish to go further and uninstall: right-click Windows-Apps - Installed Apps: locate "Snipping Tool" and select uninstall.
