Binding an object

I'm trying to follow a tutorial at the moment and I'm having trouble with binding an object, here's the tutorial :

I'm using Access 2013, but when I follow this I keep getting this error message :

It doesn't make a difference If I try uploading an image from a different location. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?
