Blank Cell When Running Totaling

I am doing a running total to keep track of expenditures. How can I have a blank cell when the running totaling formulas has been copied cells under the last calculation? Please view the attached pic to view how it looks today.

Howdy. If you put this formula in E5

=IF(B5="","",SUM(E4,B5))

And copy down.

Will this work?
