Blank line with results

Hi

I am new to crystal. Most of my reports are basic counts of events and call outcomes.

Every report I have has a blank line with a result attached to it. i.e It will have a count of "2" against a blank line. Threfore I do not know what this relates too.

Any ideas what this could be

Blank Records

It ususally means that you have blank records in your database.

I agree. If you get some lines with data on them and others are blank, then either you have no data or you have conditional formatting in place.
